The OCD? Not Me! program is an online, self-guided, exposure and response prevention (ERP) - based program for young people suffering from the symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). In addition to providing evidence-based treatment for young people, the program provides psychoeducational resources and tips for parents and caregivers supporting a young person with OCD.

The OCD? Not Me! program is available free of charge for Australian health professionals who (a) are registered with a professional regulatory body; and (b) wish to use the program with their clients. Health professionals who register to use the program in this way will receive access to a downloadable therapist manual and training videos demonstrating how the OCD? Not Me! program works and providing tips for how to use the program with clients.

How do I sign up?

To access this program, we ask that you:

  • Consent to the terms and conditions.
  • Provide some brief information about your background, including your professional regulatory body registration number (e.g. AHPRA, ARCAP, AASW)
  • Provide your email address so that we can contact you with training materials and program information. Please note that your email address will be kept confidential, and will be used only for the purposes of providing you with a link to the therapist resources and program information. Your email address will not be distributed to third parties.
