The OCD? Not Me! program is an 8 week program comprised of evidence-based treatment modules, interactive online activities, and weekly automated feedback. It is provided free of charge to eligible participants.

While this program is based on the gold-standard treatment available for OCD, and there are a number of benefits of using an online program, it is not intended to take the place of face-to-face treatment. If at any time you believe that the OCD? Not Me! program is inappropriate for your or your young person’s needs or you have concerns about your or your young person’s health, you are advised to seek the services of an appropriate health care professional.
