The online psychological screening assessment provided through OCD? Not Me! is a pre-requisite to obtaining treatment through the program. If the online screening determines that OCD? Not Me! is inappropriate for your current symptoms, you are advised to consider the recommendations provided by OCD? Not Me! to seek alternative assistance. The OCD? Not Me! screening process has been developed by expert practitioners to evaluate participant’s suitability for this program. However, this assessment cannot take the place of face-to-face clinical assessment by a mental health professional.

2.1.2 OCD Treatment Program

The OCD? Not Me! program is an 8 week program comprised of evidence-based treatment modules, interactive online activities, and weekly automated feedback. It is provided free of charge to eligible participants.

The OCD? While this program is based on the gold-standard treatment available for OCD, and there are a number of benefits of using an online program, it is not intended to take the place of face-to-face treatment. If at any time you believe that the OCD? Not Me! program is inappropriate for your or your young person’s needs or you have concerns about your or your young person’s health, you are advised to seek the services of an appropriate health care professional.
